The London Borough of Camden are consulting on proposed updates to the Euston Area Plan (EAP) – a planning document that will help to shape the future of the Euston area (including proposals for the following sub-areas: Euston Station and Tracks, Euston Road, Camden Cutting, Drummond Street and Hampstead Road, Regent’s Park Estate, Ampthill and Mornington Crescent Station, and West Somers Town).

The London Borough of Camden are reviewing key parts of the EAP because much has changed since it was first adopted in 2015. The biggest changes are focussed on the station and tracks. As more detailed designs have been developed, this has led to increasing certainty about what could be built, funded and enabled and the timescales involved. London Borough of Camden have used this information, what the community told them, and the need to put greater focus on climate change and delivering social value, to inform the proposed updates to the EAP.

You can review the proposed changes and share your views online via the Council’s Commonplace website or in person during one of the drop-in events listed below.

Responses should be submitted by Sunday 19th February.
